Convergys to add 30 tech support positions to Orem center

Convergys Corporation announced Wednesday that the company will add 30 technical support positions to its contact center in Orem. The new employees would work with a client in the data management industry. According to a news release, Convergys will offer employees comprehensive training, competitive wages around $18 per hour, and benefits including medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement and 401(k). Training for the new positions is scheduled to begin on Dec. 6. Deseret News
