The new Uintah County Community Library and Resource Center held their Grand Opening on Monday, Aug. 6.
“This new facility will be a cultural, social, intellectual gathering center,” said Darlene Burns, Uintah County commissioner. “A place for generations to come.”
Speaking before a crowd of 200-plus people Burns comments were underscored by the gathering of young and old library patrons anxiously awaiting the grand opening. The library promises to be a vibrant bustling center of technology. Vernal Express
